Responsible use

Set the Limit Before the Activity Starts

Set an entertainment budget, finishing time and break point before an activity starts. The tools on this page stay in the browser tab and make those limits visible without offering betting advice or controlling another service.

Decide before starting

A plan is most useful before a fast interface narrows attention. Choose an entertainment amount from disposable money and a finishing time that do not change after a result.

Take a break reminder used in a responsible-use guide
A planned break can interrupt rapid, repetitive decision-making.

Money

Do not use rent, food, bill, debt-payment or borrowed money.

Time

Choose an end time and make the next commitment visible.

Break

Leave the screen at planned intervals and reassess mood and attention.

Split a fixed entertainment amount

This browser-local calculation divides one number into planning periods. It does not recommend a stake, game or amount and saves nothing.

Entertainment budget splitter

Divides one amount into equal private planning periods. It offers no betting recommendation.

Your local summary will appear here.

Make elapsed time visible

Choose 15, 30, 45 or 60 minutes. The reminder stays in this tab, plays no sound, requests no notification permission and ends when the page is closed.

Private break timer

A visible tab timer only. It cannot pause, restrict or control an external account.

00:00

Choose a private reminder length. No sound or notification permission is used.

No chasing losses

A loss does not create a debt that the next round must repay. Increasing an amount or extending time to recover an earlier result removes the boundary that was chosen when thinking was calmer.

Stop signs

  • Using essential or borrowed money
  • Hiding activity or payment records
  • Trying to recover a loss urgently
  • Continuing while angry, anxious or exhausted
  • Missing work, study, sleep or family commitments
  • Being unable to keep a chosen amount or time limit

When financial or emotional pressure is present

Stop the activity and speak with a trusted person. If there is immediate risk of harm, contact local emergency support. This page does not list unverified helplines, self-exclusion tools or account controls.

Any account-control or self-exclusion information should be checked through a verified first-party interface because availability and procedure can change. The Support Guide helps prepare a redacted responsible-use request, the Payments Guide explains private records, and the FAQ answers common tool questions. Adults must also check local legal and eligibility requirements.

External account controls require current verification

Limits, cool-off periods and self-exclusion procedures can vary by service and location. This site cannot activate or confirm them.

If a verified in-account interface offers a control, read its effect, start time, duration and reversal conditions before using it. Keep a redacted record of the request. Do not pay a third party or share credentials to activate a responsible-use control.
