Read the complete terms
Read the Full Terms Behind a Promotion
A headline leaves out the clauses that decide whether a promotion applies. Read eligibility, qualifying action, wagering basis, expiry, exclusions, conversion and withdrawal conditions as one document.
Read restrictions before a headline
Current promotions may change; review the current terms before acting. A summary, banner or copied code can omit the conditions that determine whether an offer applies.
Who can take part, and do location, age, account history or verification conditions apply?
What exact action and time window are written in the full terms?
What activity counts, and how are different categories treated?
When does the offer, qualification or resulting balance expire?
Which formats or selections do not count or are restricted?
Is there a stated cap or conversion condition?
What must be completed before a withdrawal request is considered?
Are duplicate accounts, payment methods or identity checks addressed?
Conflicting summaries are not evidence
If two pages show different amounts, dates or conditions, do not average them or treat the newest-looking design as accurate.
Look for a complete set of terms reached through a route already verified independently. Record the publication or effective date if one is shown. A screenshot of a headline without eligibility and expiry wording cannot establish the full condition. This site does not publish a coupon, referral code or current offer.
Where current terms need to be checked
Use a verified first-party account interface or terms route that you already reached independently. Do not follow a commercial tracking link, message attachment or shortened URL.
The FAQ library answers common terms questions, Responsible Gaming explains why a promotion should not change a fixed budget, and About This Guide describes the source hierarchy. For payment-status records, use the Payments Guide.
Wagering wording needs a worked reading, not a guessed percentage
A headline can mention a reward while the full terms define which balance is used, which activity contributes and what happens when the period ends.
Locate the qualifying action, contribution rules, restricted categories, maximum conversion and expiry. Identify whether the condition applies to a deposit, a reward, both, or another defined amount. Do not calculate from a third-party summary that omits the base or the contribution rate. This guide intentionally gives no live numerical example that could be mistaken for a current promotion.
If the terms use several pages, retain the effective date and version where shown. A later banner does not automatically replace an earlier clause unless the current terms say so. When material conflicts, the correct publication status here is “needs review”, not a blended claim.
Expiry can apply to more than one stage
The time to opt in, complete a qualifying action, use a reward and convert any resulting balance may be different.
Write each deadline separately and include the time zone. Avoid countdown widgets or urgent messages that are not part of independently checked terms. A false urgency signal should never move someone away from a fixed budget or from reading the restrictions.
Account status, identity checks and payment method conditions can also affect eligibility. Do not open a duplicate account or use another person’s details to meet a condition. If eligibility is uncertain, the safe response is to stop rather than complete an action hoping the condition will be accepted later.
A promotion cannot make an unaffordable amount affordable
Eligibility does not change the underlying budget. If an action would use necessary money, extend time after a loss or create pressure to continue, do not proceed.
The responsible-use toolkit starts with an amount and time decided before a headline is seen. Those boundaries remain the same whether or not a promotional message appears.
